After Alyssa's communication plan was implemented in 2022, email reports and app metrics indicate that member engagement has improved. She led the launch of the member app, achieving a 40% download rate within 90 days and a 73% download rate in 2024, while the email open rates increased from 63% in 2021 to 75% in 2022, consistently maintaining that level to this day. Membership survey conducted in 2023 confirmed members are well satisfied will all aspects of club communications and find email announcements, e-newsletter, mobile app, and website the most important methods of communications.
