In 2022, the club's governance and management discussed retiring the physical newsletter due to inconsistent schedules, high costs, outdated information, and long turnaround times. Alyssa proposed managing the entire production and distribution of a monthly digital newsletter in collaboration with staff management and club governance, relaunching it as an in-house digital publication with physical copies available upon request. This initiative ultimately saved the club $5,000 in monthly newsletter fees. It became the most engaged email campaign, achieving an average click rate of 30%, making it one of the most valuable forms of marketing communications. Additionally, Alyssa's photography has appeared on the newsletter cover three times.
